Please note
- Asking prices are not purchase prices. They show asking prices in listings. Valuation committees publish prices actually paid, usually once a year.
- Name data type: “Official source”, “Our own calculation”, “Our own analysis” or “DDORF estimate”. The label appears next to every figure.
- Include the source and data date: Use the sources, terms of use and data date stated for each data set. If any information is missing, please ask us before reusing it; publication on this portal is not a blanket licence for third-party content.
