- Official data first
- Guides refer to valuation committees, cities and legal texts. The free calculators use your assumptions, not current offers or bank details.
- Data types clearly separated
- Official source, our own calculation, our own analysis and DDORF estimate are clearly marked. Our own results are based on publicly available source data or your input. Example values in the calculators are expressly not market statistics.
- Analysis and advertising only with consent
- Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are currently inactive. Separately, we count page requests as daily aggregates without a visitor identifier.
- Fair treatment of brokers
- Business profiles and listing features are in closed testing. They are currently not a public publishing service for agencies.
- No public enquiry forwarding
- In this mode, we do not forward public valuation or sales enquiries to agencies. You can use the online estimate without requesting contact.
