Frequently asked questions
What is the asking price compared to?
We use the median asking price per m² of comparable listings in the district, or across the town if the district has fewer than 10 listings. This compares asking prices with asking prices, not with prices recorded in notarised sales.
What does “close to the asking-price median” mean?
The price per m² is less than 7% above or below the median of comparable offers. This is a comparison of observed asking prices, not a determination of market value or a reasonable purchase price. Further comparison levels follow above and below.
Is this a valuation of the property?
No. We don't know the condition, equipment, floor or exact location. To get a comprehensible value of your own apartment, use the property valuation; to get a legally reliable value, use a market value report.
Will my information be saved?
No. Price and living space are only used for comparison and are not saved.
