Company profiles and data sources

We process company name, business address, website and published business contact details from company websites and imprints as well as offer key figures. Where displayed, the rating average and number come from publicly visible Google company profiles. For sole proprietorships, company information can also be personal data.

The purpose is a verifiable regional register of providers and orientation in the real estate market. Where personal data are concerned, we base this processing on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; in doing so, we take into account the business context, data minimisation, up-to-dateness and conflicting interests. Public availability is not a blanket permission for any use.

Confirmation and publication

A company profile does not mean confirmed authority to represent you, partnership or recommendation. Profile confirmation and approval of offers take place separately. Employee data and unauthorized photos or descriptive texts will not be published. Contact details from a confirmation request are only made available to the operator.

Objection, correction and deletion

You can object to the processing for reasons relating to your particular situation in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO and have incorrect information corrected. If there is a justified objection, we will block the public entry during the review. Take advantage Correct or remove information or write to the controller. Identity verification serves to protect against unauthorised changes. Permission to publish can be withdrawn independently of this.

Register information is checked for accuracy and processed only for as long as needed. Supporting evidence is subject to its purpose and retention rules; a restricted-access backup is not used to republish blocked data.
