A good exposé separates facts and description
Start with the property type, location, area and traceable proof of area. Describe the room, year of construction, furnishings and condition specifically. Avoid statements such as guaranteed good returns or free of defects if you cannot prove them. The draft does not automatically complete your information and does not invent any properties.
Clearly state price and usage
Distinguish between the purchase price, separately offered components and ongoing costs. Describe actual rental status and documented availability. A rented apartment is not automatically free when sold. Align commitments with existing contracts.
Check photos and energy information
Only use images and text that you are authorized to use. Take energy information from this document; do not estimate any characteristics. This template does not check mandatory information or image rights. The specific advertisement must be completely checked before publication.
